I guess you could say it disa-beard.
Has a beard for nearly 3 months. Decided to shave today. I hate it

I’ve had a handlebar mustache for eight months now. It’s here to stay.

I can not rock a mustache. There’s an asymmetrical bad spot under my nose. It’s not that obvious with a beard but a mustache makes it obvious. I did send this to my wife this morning
She’s not a fan

Better today than 2 months from now with tan lines.

That’s a good point. I get a lot of sun delivering food for a living.

Wait—you hate having the beard, or not having the beard?
I think the beard suits you.

I hate not having it.
But also it was getting uncomfortable especially with a mask on.

Keep this and open a burger shop with daily specials based on puns

Well, I have never seen you in my life, and I think the beard looks better. I tried to grow a beard once and it sucked. It never came in very well, and it just got way too hot and scratchy. Closest I’ve come since then was my vacation beard after three weeks driving to and from South Dakota. I was very ready to get rid of it.

I’m am not any where near swarthy enough.
However my brother in law is a full blooded, olive skinned, black haired German, slap a mustache and a bald spot on him and he could be a damn good bob. ... he’d also need to gain like 40lbs minimum

The key is 1 beard cream softens things up a lot. I had to use it twice a day to really be comfortable. I stop using it which is why things got uncomfortable and I shaved it. Also makes you smell like fresh cut lumber. Well the one I use any way
1 shave the neck, I can’t stand having a scratch neck.

I shaved the neck back when I was trying to grow the beard. This time I was just not shaving. The difference between growing a beard and not shaving is intent.

Start getting him to perfect burgers and somewhere in that mess, boom! 40lbs

I grew my beard in 1989. I’ve shaved it off about once a decade to see what I look like. Each time, my wife has looked at me and said “grow it back”. I switched from a full beard to a goatee after I took up running, although I sometimes think about going back to a full beard in the winter.
The goatee works reasonably well with most face masks.

Yeah I should have warned my wife. She looked at mean tonight and said “you look like a child.”
Mind you I don’t regularly have a beard.

I find that the less of my face I can see, the less ugly I am.

We made come really good green apple burgers once. We just need a pun for them.

Put some ham on there and just call it the green apples and ham burger.

Grew my beard first semester in college. That was in 1986. Had it ever since. Watched it turn reddish in the sun to salt and pepper, to mostly salt. When I lost it in my accident for the needed surgery in 1988 , everyone agreed that I should grow it back. Guess I look better with as much of my face covered as possible.
